You pay for a license. We give you the software, run the dashboard, and ship updates. If we go away, the WordPress plugin keeps working on its own forever — it's GPLv2 and your data is in your own WordPress install.

• Resell the dashboard or the Pro plugin as if it were your own product without a Studio or Agency license.
• Use the agents to do things that violate the law or the AI provider's terms (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.).
• Reverse-engineer the license server to bypass billing. Don't make us write the lawyers' version of this section.

14 days, no questions, full refund. After 14 days you can cancel anytime from your billing portal and you keep access until the end of the current period. We don't prorate cancellations.

We aim for 99.9% uptime on the dashboard and the license server. If we miss it in a given month, we'll credit your next bill. The free WordPress plugin doesn't depend on our uptime — it's running on your own server.

Our liability is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. For free-tier users, that's zero. We're a small team and we want to keep being a small team that ships, not a small team in court.

We'll email you 30 days before any material change. If you don't agree to the change, you get a pro-rated refund and your license ends.
